

“Connie” was born on November 5, 1933, in New York, New York, to her late parents, Earl Piaget and Fredericka (Ehret) Bartolomei. Raised and educated in New York City, Constance graduated from Cathedral High School - Class of 1951. After retiring from her long career at the New York City Board of Elections, she and her husband relocated to Concord, New Hampshire.
Connie enjoyed her life and kept busy attending most functions at the Concord Community Center with trivia, baking, book clubs, music jams, senior lunches and other events. She also attended the Community Center in Penacook. She was an avid reader at home as well for a love of crosswords and puzzles. She was a history buff (her mind was as sharp as a tack.) She loved her Shakespeare group and taking rides with her son John to enjoy the scenery of every season. She had an immense love for all animals as well.
Connie touched many lives in different circles where she will fondly be loved, cherished and missed by all.
Constance, the beloved matriarch of her family is survived by her four children; her daughter Diane M Smith (Steve P), her twin children, John Biavaschi (late Susan Sayles) and Joan Zeledon (Jorge E) and her son Ronald L Biavaschi, all of Concord, NH. Dear grandmother to her three grandchildren; Alana J Bernard (Brian), Steven L Smith, and Jorge B Zeledon (Brianna) and great-grandmother to Ava Lillian and Brier Benjamin Zeledon. Constance is also survived by her sister, Lorraine (Bartolomei) Mincin of Pennsylvania, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lee John Biavaschi in 2017. Having married in 1954, she and Lee celebrated 63 years of marriage together.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N Main Street, Concord, NH. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at the conclusion of visitation. Interment to follow at Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 N State Street, Concord, NH.
