Dan was born to Otis and Alice Shedd on May 16, 1943 in Manchester, NH. He grew up in Manchester and moved to Loudon, NH in 1972 where he built a home, a family and a beautiful life. He was a career pressman and Concord Litho for 40 years.
The most important thing in Dan's life was his family. Of his 7 siblings, he is survived only by his brother, Richard Shedd of Manchester. He was married to his soulmate Cheryl J Johnson Shedd for 35 years before her passing in 2001. They had two children, Karen Shedd, and Laurie Cowan, and a son-in-law, Troy Cowan. He was devoted to his two grandchildren, Sarah and Daniel Cowan.
