Daniel Allen Young

He was born on January 24, 1975 in Concord, NH, son of Richard F. and Evelyn E. (Murdough) Young. Dan attended Concord schools and graduated from Concord High School in 1993 and graduated from Becker College in 1995. He worked as a forklift operator at McLane Company, Inc. in Contoocook.

He was a Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. He enjoyed working at NH Motor Speedway during NASCAR race week, playing softball, setting up at the Davisville Flea Market, and, most of all, spending time with his boys.

Dan was predeceased by his father. Dan was interested in learning about his father's time in the Navy and recently enjoyed a trip to Hawaii.

He is survived by his mother, of Concord; his sons Cooper Young and Nolan Young of Queensbury, NY; two sisters Cheryl Stinson and husband George Stinson of Penacook and Debra Mansur and husband Kenneth Mansur of Auburn, ME; one brother Michael Young, of Concord; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and an uncle.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday November 16, 2022 from 11:00am – 12:00pm with a service at 12:00pm at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main St. Concord, NH 03301. A burial will follow services at Pine Grove Cemetery, Cemetery St. Concord, NH
