She attended local schools and graduated from Concord High in 1937.
Eva worked as a customer service representative for Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield in Concord until her retirement.
She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and served as a volunteer at its Chapter Two facility.
Her husband of more than 50 years, Russell T. Heath, died in 1992. She was also predeceased by her three siblings.
Her family includes daughter, Jean H. Boulter and her husband Thomas Boulter of Bow; granddaughter, Amy Binder and her husband Dr. Chris Binder of Bow, their children Brayden and Chloe; granddaughter Dr. Abbie Boulter-Skilliter and her husband Mat Skilliter of Bedford, and their child Jing. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
