Franklin was born on August 17, 1930 in Lewiston, ME the son of the late Linwood and Alberta (Niles) Taylor. Franklin received a Master’s degree and worked as an engineer for IBM.
Franklin is survived by his sister, Constance McGrath; and step-children, Michelle Tanzini, Robert Merritt and John Merritt. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Jannett (Bonel) Taylor.
Services will be at a later date.
