The son of the late Alan and Olga (Quintiliani) Parmenter, he was born on January 25, 1952. He was a graduate of Concord High School and then Berwick Academy in Maine.
He leaves behind 2 daughters; Magara Parmenter of Allenstown, NH and Jennifer O'Brien her husband Sean and their two children; Ian and Blaire of Springfield, PA. He also leaves his sister Alana Parmenter and her husband Richard Neveu of Concord, NH.
Per the families request, there will be no public services. A private burial will be held at the families convenience.
