CONCORD – Natalie H. Velez-Roark, 12, died on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at Concord Hospital, in Concord, NH.
Natalie was born on March 10, 2003, in Lowell, MA the daughter of Karen M. Roark and Johnny Velez.
She enjoyed music, dancing, eating and spending time with her friends. She was a very happy person and was loved by all.
Members of her family in addition to her parents include; 8 siblings, Karena Faith Velez, Amanda Rodriguez, Rosa Rodriguez, Yahaira Velez, Yaditza Velez, Johnny J. Velez-Roark, Kenneth J. Velez-Roark, and Johnny J. Velez, Jr.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM, at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, in Concord.
