

Robert “Bob” was born in Concord, NH on December 12, 1938, and graduated from Concord High School in 1956. He worked as a master electrician, plumber and carpenter for over 60 years. He was also a licensed realtor and certified public accountant. He resided in Loudon for 65 years where he served as a selectman and volunteer firefighter for many years. He was instrumental in the design and building of the former fire station.
He loved spending his free time with his family and exploring the United States by car. In recent years he spent half the year in Florida where he spent many days landscaping his yard.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, William Paul and Marion Robinson; his sister, Marilyn Ashby; and his son, Brian J. Robinson. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Julia B. Robinson; sons Edward G. Robinson and wife Jules of Loudon, Michael P. Robinson and husband Craig Hess of Denver, Colorado, Theodore (Teddy) Kopka of Concord; daughter Robyn A. Lewis and husband Adam of Goffstown; daughter-in-law Susan Fournier of Concord; grandchildren Samantha Smith-Carbone and husband Tyler, Briana Williamson and husband Ryan, Christian Robinson and wife Jamie, Emmett Lewis, and Nova Lewis; two great-grandsons Carter Smith, Rhys Williamson; sister Sheila Briggs and husband Steve; and former wife Robin L. Robinson.
There will be a gathering at Bennett Funeral Home in Concord, NH, on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 4:30PM to 7:30PM to celebrate Bob’s life. A special time of reflection will be held at 6PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob’s memory can be sent to Loudon Elementary School, 7039 School Street, Loudon, NH 03307, for the school lunch program.
