I just came across Bob's obituary today and wanted to express my sincere sympathy to you and your family.  Bob was my first boss after college, and was such a sweetheart!  I truly enjoyed the times you shared your lake house with the fledgling accountants at the firm.  As Sudhir said, he was a gentleman and a great role model for all of us.

My deepest condolences.  It was an immense pleasure to start my career working for Bob.  I learned a lot from him, and will always remember fondly my time working for him. It was an honor.

   It is with heartfelt sadness that I offer my prayers and sympathy.
   I am sorry to learn that your loving husband and father has passed. I have known Bob since we began kindergarten at Dewey School 68 years ago. As kids we all played ball in the circle at White's Park and had many fun times throughout our school years.
   Several years later, I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting and coaching your two beautiful daughters. Truly outstanding young ladies...a tribute to you, Cheryl, and to Bob.
    Please know that he will be fondly remembered.

 Bob and I became friends at Rundlett junior high school. We played  baseball  first as opponents and later as teammates. 

Bob's achievements in life are consistent with his gentlemanly personality.  He was one with a quick warm hello. The community is a richer place as a result of his presence - RIP Bob.

Dear Cheryl,  I am sorry to hear of Bob's passing and wish to extend my sincere condolences to you and your family at this difficult time. Although I did not really know Bob, my father did and speaks highly of him and how much he liked him. I know of others who echo that same sentiment.  Words cannot express my own gratitude that you took the time to attend my grandmother's services this winter while you were caring for Bob during his own illness. I hope that these sincere words can offer you some similar comfort.

I also considered Bob to be a true professional and worth competitor in the audits of NH governments.  Bob always gave his opinion, no matter whether the topic was accounting, auditing or the Red Sox.  For many years, Bob and I shared Red Sox tickets with Gene Gunn.  I am glad that he got to enjoy many retirement years before he got sick.  Our sincere sympathies to his family and members of his old firm, Plodzik & Sanderson PA
