Shirley Ann Pierce, a beacon of friendship and kindness, has left her mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Shirley was born on March 29, 1941 to Garfield and Phyllis Steeves.
Shirley graduated from Pittsfield High School before proudly pursuing her career as the manager of Kings Department Store.
A perfect day for Shirley was one where she was indulging in her many crafting skills. She loved to sew and knit things for her friends and family. Camping was also among her favorite things to do, and if a Boston Red Sox game was on, everybody knew where to find her.
As Shirley reunites with her husband Kenneth Pierce Jr, her sister Carolynn Craig, and her brother James Steeves, her children Kenneth Pierce III and Kimberly Pierce ask that you keep the memory of Shirley a positive one. Share a story about her, keep her in your minds, and remember the wonderful life she lived.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Pope Memorial SPCA in Concord, NH.
