Victoria Edna York

Victoria "Vikki" Edna D’Andrea-York. Born on January 4, 1947, Vikki peacefully passed into eternal rest on the evening of May 11, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories that will forever remain in our hearts.

Victoria, known to most as “Vikki”, had a special place in her heart for family, dogs, and people. She exuded care and compassion in everything she did and touched the lives of all who knew her. Family gatherings during the holidays held a special meaning for Vikki. Surrounded by the laughter and warmth of loved ones, she found joy in the shared moments of happiness and togetherness. Her presence added a special light to every occasion, making even the simplest of moments unforgettable.

Vikki is survived by her devoted husband, Burrell “Butch” York, her beloved son Eric Michael York, her caring daughter-in-law Fior Lynette York, and her cherished grandchildren Alivia York, Adarmis Perez, and Janice Disla, PhD. Though Amber Disla passed in 2019, her spirit continues to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

On June 1, we will bid farewell to Vikki in a private ceremony in Concord NH, where she will be laid to rest alongside her two beloved dogs, Alex and Sophie, and at the site of her late granddaughter Amber. It is a fitting tribute to a woman who found solace and companionship in the unconditional love of people and pets.

For those who wish to pay their respects and honor Vikki's memory, flowers and arrangements may be ordered from Jacques Flower Shop located in Manchester, NH. Live plants, particularly white roses, are welcomed as a symbol of family, purity, love, and remembrance. Or, donations may be made to the ASPCA in Vikki’s memory.

Vikki, your unwavering love, kindness, and enduring spirit will forever remain in our hearts. May you find peace in the eternal embrace of your loved ones who have gone before you. Rest in peace, dear Vikki, knowing that your legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those you have touched.
