She was born December 10, 1923 to the late Jesse Elliott and Dola Elliot of Catawba County.
Anna was a people person and started her own produce business in 1963, opening stands across the county. She also loved song and dance, and once won a dance contest for the Charleston. While at the Valley Nursing Center, she also served others with her wonderful singing voice. She never grew tired of Elvis and one of her favorite tunes was Lay Me Down by Levi Jones. Never one to sit still, she enjoyed traveling, and was even issued a backseat driving license at one point in her life! One of her other many passions were sweet things and snuff. While at the Valley Nursing Center her family would bring her chocolate powder for her snuff. Anna certainly enjoyed life, most of all she loved her family and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Joe Bradshaw; sons, Marvin Watts and Rickey Bradshaw; daughter, Carolyn Fox; and numerous brothers and sisters.
