Arline was born May, 7, 1927 to Robert Henry Halladay and Margaret Hellen Bobinchak of Cleveland, Ohio. She was of Catholic faith.
In addition to her parents, Arline is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Albert Walter Blair; brother, Dale Blair, and sister, Roberta Huberty.
She is survived by her daughter, Roberta Blair Jallos and husband, James, of Cornelius; and sisters, Henrietta Wodzisz of Cleveland, Ohio, and Katherine Halladay of Scottsdale, Arizona.
A graveside service will be held at Conover City Cemetery on Wednesday April 23, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Arthur Yount officiating.
