Billie Ann Mehlenbacher

Bille Ann Bush Mehlenbacher, of Newton, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at the age of 82. Billie was born in Tampa, Florida on Friday, September 1, 1944 to the late Robert Madison Bush and Anna Conley Bush.

In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Gerald Mehlenbacher, Sr.; grandson, Kevin M. Cole; son in law, Shawn Clay; and daughter in law, Teresa Cole.

Billie was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She was caring and compassionate and worked as a nurse aid in the healthcare field. Billie was an amazing artist and crafter. She enjoyed drawing, painting, and making dolls. She had a love for cooking, family gatherings, and playing cards and games with her family.

Those left to cherish Billie’s memory are her children, Cindy Clay, Lee and Barb Cole, Tim and Michaela Cole, Kathy and Keith Knickerbocker, Christina and Chris Shook; grandkids, Ashley and Joseph Bean, Austin Dockery, Anna Dockery, Allison Hall, Matthew Cole, Vincent Cole, Aaron Huber, CJ Hall, Hayden Shook; many great grandkids; and extended family and friends.

Services for Billie will be held at a later date.
