In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sara Dollarhyde; son, Paul Ed Dollarhyde; brothers, Clifford Hill, Lloyd Taft Setzer Jr., Freddie Setzer and Neddie Setzer, Howard Setzer, Ernest Setzer, David Setzer, Manuel Setzer; sisters, Faye Little, Mildred Sheets, Diane Hester, Willie Mae Dollarhyde; grandchild, Ayden Dagenhart.
Billy is survived by his wife of 27 years, Esther Queen Dollarhyde; sons, Billy Jo Dollarhyde Jr., John Sweazy (Toylina); daughter, Tina Austin; step sons, William Queen, Gene Harper; brother, Willie Setzer; sisters, Cora Lee Setzer, Carolyn Foster and Linda Kerley; grandchildren, Daniel Taft Humphries, Ashley Moses, Sara Dollarhyde, Joshua Terry, Alexis Sweazy, Kylie Sweazy, Levi Dagenhart, Christopher Franklin; Great grandchild, Ethan Paul Dollarhyde-Howard; Caregiver brother and best friend, Levi Jones.
Receiving of friends will be held at 1pm prior to the service.
A celebration of life will be held at 2pm at Drum Funeral Home Chapel Monday, September 14, 2026 with Pastor Gene Harper officiating.
