Born December 21, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Isenhour and Anna Pearl Hefner Isenhour. She was also preceded
in death by her husband of 62 years, Thomas “Tom” Vance Sigmon; three brothers, Vance Isenhour, John Isenhour and Paul Isenhour;
three sisters, Lethia Williams, Willie Mae Huffman and Vertie Sigmon; and special brother-in-law, George Thompson.
Carrie is survived by her sister, Ruth Thompson of Conover, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Conover.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00p.m. - 1:45p.m.
