Born December 1, 1955 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Charles Lewis Cloer and Rachael Stewart Cloer.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 40 years, Sharon; sons, Thomas Randall Cloer and Charles Edward Cloer both of Conover; daughter, Barbara Arrowood Bolch of Hickory; grandsons, Zachary Cloer, Jesse Clevenger, and Corey Cloer; granddaughters, Jersey Cloer, Bridgett, Bryson, Madison, and Lilly.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Conover with Pastor Brad Walker officiating.
