My deepest sympathies to Dot's family. I am the eldest daughter of Dr. McDowell for whom she worked her entire career. In the 8th grade, I worked under Dot and she trained me in setting up the dental tray and assisting my Dad with his work. Dot was one of the kindest persons I've ever met. She was filled with grace and love and she still stands out to me as a fine and wonderful person. I know that she was a rock for my Dad during his dental practice. Again, my sincere sympathy in her death. Heaven has gained an angel.

My condolences to the family. I grew up a patient of Dr McDowell and my mother, Edith Wilson was a dental assistant for him also and worked with Dot for many years. Dot was always a refreshing, smiling face that put you at ease and relaxed for your appointments. She will always be a part of my memories.
