

Joyce Ann (Klotz) Reidenbach, of Conover, NC, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the prime age of 93. Joyce was a devoted Christian, wife, and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, (Gigi)
She was a true woman of faith whose life was a beautiful reflection of God’s love.
Joyce was born on Thursday, December 22, 1932. From an early age, Joyce was dedicated to Christ, living her days with grace, humility and unwavering trust in her Lord. Joyce was selfless, loving and always looking out for others. She was a longtime, faithful member of Saint John’s Lutheran Church in Conover, NC where she served alongside her late husband, Reverend Kenneth Reidenbach.
Joyce was a Proverbs 31 woman in every sense, clothed herself with strength and dignity. She saw the best in everyone, offered wisdom and kind words to all who crossed her path, and spent countless hours serving others. Her gentle and servant-hearted nature left an eternal impact on her family and friends.
Joyce previously volunteered at The Corner Table, Catawba Valley Medical Center, and served alongside her husband with Laborers for Christ.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Kenneth Reidenbach, and daughter, Faith R. Parsons.
Those left to cherish Joyce’s memory are her son; Philip Reidenbach (Debbie); daughters, Mary Wresinski (Denny); Ruth Miller (Chuck); 15 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren (3 more on the way).
Joyce’s family would like to offer special thanks to her caregivers Marlene Sigmon, Michelle Bailey, Jill Feimster and the staff of Carolina Caring, Newton, NC.
A funeral service to celebrate Joyce’s life will be held at 6 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026, Saint John’s Lutheran Church, Conover, NC. Rev. Anton Lagoutine and Rev. Luke Self will officiate. Joyce’s family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:30 – 5:45 at Saint John’s Lutheran Church, 2126 Saint John’s Church Road NE, Conover, NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Linn Haven, Linville, NC and/or Saint John’s Lutheran Church, Conover, NC.
