In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her brother, Bryan Goble and her sisters, Glenda Goble and Julie Goble.
Karen was a loving sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and caring spirit. She enjoyed spending time and cooking delicious meals for her family and treasured the relationships she shared with those closest to her, including her cats. Karen will be remembered for her warm heart, her sense of humor, and the love she showed to her friends and family throughout her life. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Pastor Scott Howard of Sandy Ridge Wesleyan Church will be leading the service for her family and friends.
Those left to cherish Karen’s memory are her sister, Sandra Wise; nieces, Holly Khang (Billing), Kelly Kaskay (Josh); nephew, Bill Wise (Carol); and great nephews, Ian Khang, Marcus Wise.
A service to celebrate Karen’s life will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Drum Funeral Home, 509 1st Ave South Conover, NC 28613. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1pm to 1:45pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Levine Children's Hospital.
