Kathy is survived by her husband, Jimmy Mullins; son, Rocky Ewing; daughter, Leddie August Mullins; brothers, Edward Osborne and wife Lorie, Jimmy Osborne, Timmy Osborne and wife Mavis, Larry Osborne and wife Theresa, Gary Osborne and wife Connie; sister, Tina Snipe and husband Rick.
A celebration of life service will be held at East First Street Baptist Church Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 1pm with Pastor Alan McCoy and Larry Osborne officiating.
