In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Whitener Fox.
Those left to cherish Larry’s memory are his son, Dr. Anthony Fox and wife Laura; daughter, Jennifer Fox; sister, Patricia Roark; grandchildren, Alex Whisnant, Tiffany Hathaway, Adian Fox, Annalise Fox, Brennan Fox, and great grandson Raiden Whisnant.
Visitation will be held at 10am on Friday, August 8, 2025 at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, 217 2nd Ave NE, Conover, NC 28613. A funeral service to honor Larry will be held at 11am at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ, with Reverend Peggy Stout officiating. Inurnment will follow at Conover City Cemetery.
