Linda Sue Elliott, 53, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026. Born May 21, 1973, Linda was the daughter of Thomas Elliott and the late Janet Dover Elliott. She was a resident of Hickory, North Carolina, and was a member of Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Janet Dover Elliott.
Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Thomas Elliott, and stepmother, Gloria Duncan; her ex-husband, Luis Diaz; sons, Anthony and Marvin; daughter, Leticia; sisters, Debra, Jennifer, and Brandy; and a number of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, prior to the service. A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Drum Funeral Home, with Pastor Lee McGee officiating. Graveside will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
