Margarita Navarro

Margarita Navarro, age 51, of Conover, North Carolina passed away early Sunday morning, May 25, 2025 at Catawba Valley Medical Center after a brief battle with cancer. She was born Wednesday, September 5,1973, in Jalisco, Mexico.

Margarita is survived and deeply missed by her loving husband of 21 years, Francisco Navarro, and her 4 sons, Carlos Navarro, Israel Navarro, Daniel Navarro and Cristian Navarro with daughter-in-law, Elissa Navarro.She also leaves behind granddaughters, Lila-Renee Navarro and Auriella Navarro who adored her. In addition Margarita is forever cherished by her three sisters, Maria Alejandra Flores Navarro, Norma Patricia Flores Navarro and Irma Flores Navarro and two brothers, Jorge Alberto Flores Navarro and Alfonso Flores Navarro. She was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Some of her most joyful memories came from her hometown, Jamay, Jalisco. She immigrated to the United States where she began a new life with husband and proudly raised her American children. Some of the best memories include yearly beach trips and hosting family get-togethers for the holidays. She also enjoyed making memories on cruises with her husband

Those who knew Margarita will remember her for her overwhelming smile and witty sense of humor. She will also be remembered for her unconditional love toward her friends and for the pride she had in her entire family. Margarita leaves a lasting impact on all who have had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory continue to uplift our spirits as we carry forth the compassion and grace in the ways that she has given it us here on Earth.

A service to celebrate her life is planned for a later date. According to her wishes, she will be returned to Jalisco, Mexico.
