Michael was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Dean Watson. He was a long-time employee at AutoZone in Granite Falls.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Carol Walker Price and husband Charles Price; sister, Stephanie Crowley; brother, Dean Watson and wife Anita; nieces, Christy Gilbert and Maggie Deal; great niece and nephew, Lily Gilbert and Liam Gilbert; and a number of extended family and friends.
Receiving of friends will be held at 12pm prior to the service.
A Celebration of life will be held at Lakeview Baptist Church Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1 pm with Reverend Troy Grant and Reverend Jerry Hurley officiating. Burial will follow at Colliers United Methodist Church in Lenoir NC.
