Nancy Von Cannon Moser

Mrs. Nancy Isenhower Moser, age 86, of Conover, NC, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2013, at Catawba Regional Hospice in Newton, NC. Born June 21, 1926, in Catawba County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Orin Hollis Isenhower and Lucy Mae Lowe Isenhower. Nancy was a life-long member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover, NC, where she had been active in the Dorcas Society and she had retired as a secretary from Conover Foam & Fabric.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Moser; a sister, Annie Mae Isenhower Travis; and brothers, John Isenhower, Landon Isenhower, Robert Isenhower, Charles Isenhower, and Orin Cline “O.C.” Isenhower.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Charles Everett Moser of the home; sons & daughters-in-law, C. David & Judith Moser of Conover, NC, and Von & Deanie Moser of Bethlehem, NC; grandchildren, Sarah Robinson & husband Scott of Conover, NC, Adam Moser of Portland, OR, and Nathan Moser of Columbus, OH; great-granddaughter, Brooke Robinson; brother, Fred Isenhower of High Point, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, June 17, 2013, at Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover, NC. The Reverend Brian Weaver and Reverend A. Mark Schudde will officiate and burial will follow in Conover City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:15 PM.
