He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Reid Hubbard.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Frankie Marie Herman Hubbard; sisters, Laura Bumgardner and husband Michael, Jill Touchberry and husband Scott; and a number of extended family and friends.
Receiving of friends will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 10:30am prior to the service.
A funeral service will be held at Drum Funeral Home at 11am Saturday, November 29, 2025 with Pastor Michael Geml officiating.
