Mr. William Grady Dockery

William was born in on Friday, June 13, 1941 to the late Lawrence Dockery and Ruth Dockery.

William was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a mechanic and he enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets.

Those left to cherish William’s memory are sons, Jerry Dockery (Lisa) and Steven Dockery; brother, Marvin Dockery (Sandra); sisters, Opal Annas and Mayfol Riley (Jim); grandchildren, Tyler Singleton, Michelle Walker (Chris), Haley Winkler (Ricky); and six great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Drum Funeral Home, 509 1st Ave S. Conover, NC 28613.

A funeral service for William will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Drum Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Millinor officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
