He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Hughes and daughter, Belinda Hughes.
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Green and son Ronald Small.
A Graveside Service will be held at Oxford Baptist Church, 5965 Springs Rd., Conover, North Carolina 28613, on August 15, 2026, at 10:00 am.
