Agnes Fesz (Fisher) Nuss, age 100, of Conroe, Texas (formally of Marysville, Michigan), went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 20th, 2013. Agnes was a Christian and a loving example to her family, church, and many friends. She was born on February 3, 1913 in Pennsylvania to Samuel (Seman) and Mary (Maria) Fesz. She married Michael Nuss, Jr. on July 29, 1930 in Steubenville, Ohio. Prior to moving to Conroe, Agnes was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church in Port Huron, Michigan and St. Clair County Right to Life.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Jr., sons Michael III, Christopher, and siblings John, Anna, Pearl (Bessie), Steve, and Rose. Agnes is survived by her daughters-n-law Theresa of Conroe, TX, Nancy of Sun City, AZ; Grandchildren Alan Nuss of Jonesboro, GA, Dale (Genevera) Nuss of Plymouth, MI, Richard (Cheryl) Nuss of Conroe, TX, Gerald (Anna) Nuss of Emmett, MI, Theresa (William) Burns of Katy, TX, Cheryl (James) Cahill of Hockley, TX, Mark (Maureen) Nuss of Rochester Hills, MI, Susan (Steve) Borowy of Phoenix, AZ, Kenneth (Sandy) Nuss of Roseville, MI, John Nuss of Sun City, AZ, and several great and great-great grand children. Her sister Julia Truitt of Ohio also survives her. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church in Port Huron, Michigan. A visitation service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 6, 2013, in Grace Episcopal Church, 1213 6th Street, Port Huron, Michigan, 48060, with a funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Lydia Speller will officiate. Interment will follow at Marysville Riverlawn Cemetery in Marysville, Michigan.
