Things I knew about Allen Farris. Allen was quite the character, and I always enjoyed visiting with him. I believe he could do anything mechanical (weld, work on engines, ext) he was always a hard worker, I would see him leave the fire station to go to his second job on his day off. I knew he loved his family very much by the way he cared and provided for them. He also loved his church family and most of all his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Allen you will be missed, your laughter, your jokes and the way you looked at life, so glad I got to know you and your family. The Mahaffey's

My heart goes out too all of you. I know how difficult this time is but know you are not along. If you need anything I am here for you. God has his love wrapped around you and will not let you go in your time of need. Keep the memories alive but continue to make new ones, Allen would have wanted you to do so.

Love to the Farris Family,

I am so glad I got to see Allen before he passed; Rose, thank you for being so sweet to me. The past few months have been so hard on you and your family and you have been a tower of strength. Your children are a living tribute to how you and Allen raised them, all three of them have risen to the task of taking care of both of you. You should be so very proud. I love all of you.

My prayer is that we will have peace in our family.

Love,
Scott
