Barb was loved by all who were fortunate enough to know her, and her loss will be felt so deeply it will seem an eternity for many of us. She lived for her family and friends and wanted only happiness and joy for those around her. She was always there to talk and laugh if you needed to. Always optimistic, even in times that seemed hopeless, Barb could always see a path forward. The pain and suffering of her recent health maladies now ended, it is a bitter irony that someone so caring and considerate of others would be relieved only in leaving this world - our loss.
We can only pray that she now resides in peace and happiness with her Mother, Jo Ann Hanson, Father, Thomas Hanson, brother David Hanson and brother-in-law James Sanford, all who preceded her, and that they were there to welcome her into heaven – a joyful reunion.
Her sister, Kathy Sanford, brother, Jack Hanson, husband of 45 years, Stephen, daughter, Lauren Trausch, son-in-law, David Trausch and, especially, her granddaughter Olivia Trausch will always keep her memory, and try to live with happiness Barbara would have wanted for them.
A Celebration of Life Gathering for Barbara Jean Ford will be held at Cashner Funeral Home, in Conroe, Texas on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
