Benita Barcenas Batalla of Conroe, Texas passed away May 18, 2013. She was born March 21, 1936 in Tuzantlan GRO, Mexico to Rafaela and Rosalio Batalla Ramirez. She is preceded in death by her husband: Manuel Barcenas; she is survived by her children: Braulio Barcenas, Rosa Barcenas, Gilberto Barcenas, Sofia Barcenas, Carlos Barcenas, Graciela Barcenas, Alejandro Barcenas, Ruffo Barcenas, Cristina Barcenas, Sergio Barcenas, Ambrocio Barcenas, Guadalupe Barcenas, Erika Barcenas, Yuridia Barcenas, 70 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Metcalf Funeral Directors. The funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday, May 20, 2013 at Metcalf Funeral Directors. The interment will follow in Conroe Memorial Park.
