Betty Lou Sommers

Betty Lou Sommers was born on March 29, 1950, in Doddsville, Mississippi and went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2026 in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 75. She is preceded in death by her parents Troy White and Lois Spruill, daughter Nolie Sommers, sister Linda White, brother Bill Spruill and husband Thomas Sommers.

Betty is survived by her daughter Tanya Delacerda, granddaughters Lyric McCoun with husband Robert McCoun and Chesleigh Rogers, grandson Cullen Rogers, great grandson Riggin James, sisters Bonnie Downs with husband Milton Downs and April Tyner, nephews AJ Downs with wife Rachel Downs, Quentin Downs with wife Brandi Downs, EJ Turner with wife Emilie Turner and Gatlin Downs, nieces Hailey Turner, Abbey Spruill, Peggy Thompson, Gabriella Rengel with husband Pedro Rengel, Kloey Lemoine and Karis Downs and many extended family member.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Garden Park Cemetery, Conroe, Texas.
