We are so sorry that we were out of town and could not attend the visitation or service. But we extend our sympathies to the entire Fischer family and wish you strength and comfort as you grieve. Our sons remember Amy and Matt and send their regards as well.

This was a wonderful visit with Cheryl & Mark in Florida at Anna Maria Island in September 2018. We sure had a fun time together.

Chery was a true friend, as we laughed, cried, carried each other on our up and downs and related on all subjects. I will forever treasure sweet memories of this precious person.

My deepest condolences to Mark, Amy and Matthew for the loss of precious Cheryl. I am so very sorry for your loss and will pray that your cherished memories will bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead. 

I met Cheryl in Brighton,/Melbourne, Australia when our sons attended the same elementary school. I have many fond memories of our fun times together and am grateful for her friendship.

Cheryl entered my life in high school as our two consolidating schools merged. She was part of the foursome Oreos, who took me  in to became a five-some.  She was the lively & more independent one, remaining so until our last encounter a few years ago. When back in Ohio she often summoned us all back together to meet up in the warmth of the family farm.  She  gave me baskets of pears along with hiring my husband and I to prune the overgrown apple trees despite our ignorance. I envision her awaiting our Oreo Cookie Club in Heaven with the inside scoop on what activities we can get in on & have saved us places in the choirs so we can sing together again. 
I'm grateful to have known her and the family.
May Heaven lavish you, each one, with Their Love - invading your grief.

To Mark, Amy, Matthew, and Stella:
I have known Cheryl for most of my life. We were friends at Iberia School in Ohio and went on to be even closer friends throughout our years at Northmor High School where our little group was known as "The Oreos" (long story; not important).

 After high school our group of friends never really lost touch though sometimes years would go by between visits. 

One particular visit stands out in my mind.  Cheryl's dad was near the end of his days. We gathered around him with our dear friend and sang as we had sung together so many times before, and I remember his smile.

I wish we could have sung with Cheryl one more time. I think we will someday. 

You are all in my prayers as you celebrate the life of this bright, talented, loving woman who I remember and who I was blessed to call my friend.
