Chris Todd Smith

Chris Todd Smith of Montgomery County passed away on June 7th, 2017 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands. He lived to be 49 years old. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas and resided in Southern Conroe. His father, who has passed, was Melvin Charles Smith, and his mother, who is survived, is Nina Marie Smith. His wife of 27 years is Christine Marie Smith. Chris is survived Brittany Alexandria Smith, his daughter, Joshua Logan Smith, his son, and Melony Davis, his sister. He was manager of Smith RV Rentals, a family business in Houston that he built up with his father for 33 years. Chris was passionate about music, his favorite band being Rush. He was an avid concert goer, traveling as far as Seattle for a show. He started bowling at a young age and this grew into a lifelong love. He was on many bowling leagues where he made many friends and many more memories. He planned many family vacations, traveling to destinations to enjoy well deserved get aways doing what he loved the most, experiencing adventure and experiencing it with his family. He accepted Christ in his life in December of 2015 and attended Spring Creek Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at Spring Creek Baptist Church at 11:00am on Friday June 16th, 2017.
