Diane and Tom were married on April 7, 1957 after dating since the 8th grade. Throughout their life together, they enjoyed living in several cities, with the majority of the time in the Houston area. They settled in the Lake Conroe area, became active members of First Baptist Church Conroe and enjoyed a fulfilling retirement lifestyle.
Diane served her community both through her church and as a member of P.E.O. focused on educational initiatives with a passion for books and music. Throughout the years, Diane demonstrated her many God-given gifts and talents from singing in church to her exceptional sewing and quilting skills used to bless others including her church ministries. She gave her heart and life to Jesus at a young age and served our Lord throughout her life. Using her love for books and music she routinely shared the gospel with her children, grandchildren and her community.
A gathering of family and friends for a celebration of life will be held on January 11, 2024 at 10:30 at First Baptist Church Conroe. Memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church Conroe education library. A special thank you to the church pastors, staff and up-lifters class for their ongoing love and support.
