Doris Marie Stark was born on April 1, 1925 in Ivanhoe, NC. to Eddie Love Jones and Atwood Ann Harrell Jones. She went home to be with her Lord on February 24, 2012 at the age of 86. She is survived by her son and daughter in law Kevin and Jean Stark, three daughters and son in laws; Tina and Mark Thomas, Suzanne and Dr. Harry McDonald, and Michele and Rory Parker, and by her 11 grandchildren; Rachel Hailey, Kevin Stark Jr., Alicia Zimmer, Candice Stark, Mindy Parker, William Parker Jr., Haley Parker, Amy Hartley, Justin McDonald, Lindsay McDonald and Marcy McDonald, and 1 great grandchild Parker Jared. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clarence Stark, her brother Eddie Love Jones Jr., and her granddaughter Heather Parker. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on February 28, 2012 from 5-7 pm. Funeral Service will be in the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Wednesday February 29, 2012 at 10 am with Bro. Merle Blado.
