Edward Clay Johnson

In his youth, Ed loved to race dirt bikes. That passion lead to a life where he could figure out and fix anything. A true engineer.

Ed retired as a computer engineer who loved boating, billiards, laughing and singing karaoke with family and friends.

Ed is survived by his loving wife Connie, 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, who all called him Cookie.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas, beginning at 2:00 PM with a graveside immediately following in Garden Park Cemetery.
