After a brave fight with cancer, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Ernest (Ernie) Carl Zenier, 80, has gone home to be with loved ones who have gone on before him. Before his passing, he had made peace with the lord. He is preceded in death by his loving 1st wife of 30 years, Betty; father, Mario Zenier; mother, Julia Rogers; and 3 sons, Ernest Frank, Raymond and Jerry Zenier. He is survived by yet another loving wife of 32 years, Patty; daughter, Glenda Gay and husband Wade; son, Mario; step daughter, Debra Jeane and husband Jerry; stepsons, Wayne and Dean Campbell; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and a host of friends. Ernie had been a machinist for about 60 years and was active in the Conroe Masonic Lodge #648 of Conroe. He became a Master Mason on July 9, 1990 and held all the offices. He also had a love for fishing and kayaking. His funeral service will be respectfully held at 12:30pm, July 2, 2012 in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Visitation with the family will be during the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00pm July 1, 2012.
