Falby Sharon Maxwell went home to her heavenly Father Saturday, May 18, 2019, in Conroe, Texas. Sharon was born in Houston, Texas on May 27, 1946 to Floyd and Falby Cain. She grew up in Pasadena. She married Donald Maxwell on September 3, 1971. She became a beautician and opened her own beauty shop in Pasadena. In 1981 the family moved to Spring, Texas. She continued to work as a beautician in Spring.
Sharon was a devoted member of The Crossing Church in The Woodlands, where she had many friends and participated in various groups. She loved her church family and spoke of them often.
Sharon was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved to fellowship at church gatherings, and going to dinner with friends. She enjoyed doing outdoor activities such as fishing and camping with family. She and Don loved to travel and did so often. Most of all, she loved her family. She was especially proud of her grandchildren. She would get a twinkle in her eye any time she mentioned them.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Falby Cain, and grandson Kyle Hosch. Survivors include sister and brother-in-law Ray and Janet Sales, sister and brother-in-law Luther and Joan Rogers, sister and brother-in-law Jean and Ray Davis, sister Gail Parker, son and daughter-in-law Kenny Hosch and Kristin Jacobson, grandson Jon Hosch, son and daughter-in-law Spencer and Diane Hosch, grandson Cameron Hosch, granddaughter and husband Kyle and Meagan Thompson, granddaughter Stephanie Cramer, son and daughter-in-law Glen and Stephanie Maxwell, granddaughter Cali Maxwell, grandson, Gage Maxwell, daughter and son-in-law Bo and Alexis Dempsey, granddaughter Addison Dempsey and grandson Lucas Dempsey. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at The Crossing Church in The Woodlands on Tuesday, May, 28 at 10:00 am with services following at 11:00 am. The burial service will be at The Houston National Cemetery.
