Floyd F. Cooper Sr

Floyd F. Cooper Sr., 90, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2013. He was born on September 12, 1923 in DeRidder, Louisiana to Adolph and Lura Cooper. Floyd proudly served his country in WWII in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Laura Cooper and his son Mark Cooper. Floyd is survived by his daughter Carolyn Everitt and her husband Donald; son Floyd Cooper Jr. and numerous grandchildren, family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cashner Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery.

You were my first and best boyfriend I ever had. When I baked you my 1 st easy bake oven cake you had mawmaw wrap it tightly and kept it for 5 yrs because you were so proud of me. You were a important man to me and many others. I will miss you dearly. Love you pawpaw
