

Jerry Davidson was born in Flint, MI on August 4, 1936 to James and Verna Davidson, who precede him in death. He peacefully passed away on November 27th, 2015. He is also preceded in death by his brother, James F. Davidson and sister, Barbara Record. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Susan, daughter Lynn Turner and husband, Gary Turner of Conroe, and sons, Scott Davidson and wife, Cindy Davidson of Plano, and Glenn Davidson and wife, Cyndi Davidson of Denton; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; brother, William “Butch” Davidson and numerous other loving family members. Jerry is a veteran who served in the Korean War. His career led him to work on projects supporting NASA during the Apollo space program and retired from Xerox to enjoy a long retirement. His retirement years were spent traveling with his wife Sue. He especially enjoyed his annual trips to Michigan for the BTO golf tournament with his brothers and nephews. His hobbies included golf, fishing, tinkering in his garage, entertaining friends and neighbors and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jerry’s memory to the American Stroke Association or charity of choice. A celebration of Jerry’s life will be at 10:30AM Friday, December 11, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, in Plano, TX. He inspired those to live life to the fullest and will be truly missed.
