Helga Smith

On the morning of January 29, 2019 Helga Helene Smith of Willis, Texas passed away at the age of 83 at Conroe Regional Hospital. Helga was born to Karl and Freida Hamm in Iphofen, Germany on June 7th, 1935. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Hans-Karl Hamm and her eldest son William Andreas Hamm. She is survived her husband of 62 years, Kenneth T. Smith, her sons, Reiner Karl Smith and Kenneth Michael “Mike” Smith, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her sister, Margret Keisel. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive. A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 2:00pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel.
