passed away November 2nd, 2010 at his home in Conroe, Texas. Nelson was born on February 4th 1941 in Louisville, KY. He is survived by his 3 sons, David Nelson Blythe, James Dennis Blythe, JonPaul Kevin Blythe, 2 daughters, Catherine Lynn La-Vergne, Paula Louise Stewart and sister Sue Hood. He is further survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. His memorial service will be held Friday, November 5, 2010, 2:00 PM at Metcalf Funeral Home, Conroe, Texas.
