Janice A. Gerlach

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Janice A Gerlach will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 at 10:00am at the Tree of Life Lutheran Church, 3201 North Loop 336 W Conroe, Texas, 77304, with Rev. Chris Lake officiating. Janice was born September 24, 1937 in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota to Ernest and Alice Yanke and entered into eternal rest on November 2, 2013, in Conroe, Texas at the age of 76. Janice was a devoted member of the Tree of Life Lutheran Church. She also was a member of the Montgomery County Service League, the Welcome Wagon and a member of the Ladies Golf association of River Plantation. She was a very loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Alice Yanke; brother, Roger Yanke and by her sister, Eunice Yanke. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Virgil Gerlach; daughters , Jill Gerlach and Laura Gerlach Gerardi and her husband Anthony ; son, Steven Gerlach and wife Andrea; granddaughters, Claire and Camille Gerlach; brother, James Yanke and wife Barb; sisters, Ilene Powell and husband Tom and Diane Moser; sister-in-law, Marlies Yanke.
