Early morning on 10/15/2022, the light of the world became a little dimmer. Jean Tilghman Waller passed away at home, surrounded by her family. Jean was born February 2, 1953 in Salisbury, Maryland to her loving parents, Jason and Elsie Tilghman.
Jean will be remembered for being strong, resilient, protective, and witty. Her smile warmed the hearts of those around her and she gave the most wonderful hugs.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Jason and Elsie.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years; David Waller, their three beautiful daughters; Mindy J. Neill, Katie J. Waller, and Abbie J. Thompson, and her brother Jay Tilghman.
Jean was blessed with six amazing grandchildren; Robin Neill, Holly Neill, Colton Neill, Mattie Thompson, Andie Thompson, and Danny Thompson.
Jean loved good food, good company, and anything sparkly. Her sparkle will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
