Jerry W. Adams of The Woodlands, Texas was born on December 24, 1941 and passed on December 31, 2023 at the respectable age of 82. Jerry had a love for life and a passion for golf. He was married to Mari Adams, the other love of his life for 30 years.
Jerry was born in a small town in Arkansas and moved to Kansas at an early age. While living in Kansas Jerry graduated from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas in 1964.
Jerry never met a stranger. Even though he was a very private person, he made numerous friends throughout the world. He spent approximately 50 years in the The Woodlands area, golfing year round. Jerry was a beloved friend, who’s sage advice was delivered with compassion, sprinkled with his uniquely dry wit. He was a gentleman, a superior golfer and a source of wisdom, insight and self-deprecating humor, always to the delight of his friends.
He will be greatly missed and the greens in Heaven will always be green, and never a “Bogey”!
