Jerry Clyde McDonald

Jerry was born on May 2, 1942, in Redwater, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and took great pride in his beautiful property in Old Waverly. He was known for his quick wit and fun sense of humor. One of his favorite scriptures highlighted in his bible is Ephesians 1:13 “In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise”

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Louise Needham McDonald; his children, Darlene Smith(Brent) and their children Katelyn Yzquierdo(Ricardo), Matthew Smith(Jill); Terri Tullis(John) and their children Jerad Tullis(Lindsey), Jake Tullis, Amy Lindemann(Derrick); Scott McDonald(Laura) and their children Dayna Beck(Jacob) and Aaron McDonald. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The family wishes to thank all of their sweet friends and family for their prayers and acts of kindness.
