Jodie L Harrell

Jodie loved working in his flower beds and spending time with his grandkids. He really enjoyed fishing and hunting and basically anything that involved animals. Good food was always a joy in his life.

He was constantly cracking jokes, sometimes airing on the inappropriate side.

Jodie spent most of his working career as a truck driver; traveling to 49 states and even to Canada.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Olive; children Walter Baskin, Tony Harrell and wife Sondra, Rodger Baskin and wife Debra, Tami Harrell and soon to be spouse Doug, Mylana Wallace and husband Ron, Traci Henderson, and Mychelle Cherry and husband Steve; 21 Grandchildren; and 32 Great Grandchildren; and sister Rosie Peppers. He was preceded in death by his parents and his 3 brothers.

Funeral services will be held at Cashner Funeral Home on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. His services will be available to watch via Facebook Live for those not able to attend in person.
